A flat with a classical layout, with a central corridor and rooms facing on both sides of the building, has been transformed through a project to satisfy the needs of a new family. The entrance has been reduced and characterized by a floor made of pentagonal tiles, which rise vertically covering the doors of a wardrobe. The living area and the dining area are connected and at the same time separated by a central element containing the fireplace and a bookcase. Behind the wardrobe, the construction of a filter-element separates the kitchen from the rest, and contains a pass-through pantry and a laundry room and creates a more private access to sleeping area. In the main bedroom a large glass wall hides a walk-in closet and a small study.Un appartamento dalla classica distribuzione, con corridoio centrale e stanze affacciate su entrambe i lati, è stato trasformato attraverso un progetto mirato a soddisfare le esigenze di una nuova famiglia. L'ingresso è stato ridotto e caratterizzato da una pavimentazione costituita da piastrelle pentagonali in gres, che salgono verticalmente rivestendo le ante di un guardaroba. L'area living e la zona pranzo sono connesse e allo stesso tempo separate da un elemento centrale contenente camino e libreria. Alle spalle del guardaroba la costruzione di un volume-filtro separa la cucina dal resto, contenendo una dispensa passante e una lavanderia e creando un vano d'accesso alla zona notte più privata. Nella camera padronale un'ampia parete vetrata nasconde una cabina armadio e un piccolo studio.
