The installation for the Bologna Water Design 2014 is the result of a collaboration with Chizu Kobayashi. A tal translucent pavilion glows in the darkness of the big hall.
Approaching and looking through the draperies of its fabric walls the visitor discovers the marine creatures in iron wire of the Japanese artist floating in the air.
It’s a temple celebrating the magic of aquatic life, or an oneiric and ironic transfiguration of the sensations that we all feel in the peaceful ritual of the daily shower.
