The task is on the penthouse of a building from the fifties in the centrally located, and recently blossomed Via Belvedere. The original setting, rather conventional, was based on a double loaded central corridor distributing spaces on both sides, with the living area split into several rooms.
The new organisation is organised around a central block containing wardrobe and storage, a solution that separates the night zone without generating a proper corridor.
The living area has been then redesigned as a unique space in contact with the vast terrace framing the townscape towards the two towers and Saint peter terrace as background.
