On the upper storey of a condo from the late 40’s, a flat on two stories is reorganised in a more rational way to match the needs of the new owners: a family with two adolescent sons.
The new, well lit living area is now directly accessible by the entrance, with lounge and kitchen perceivable as a unique space divided by a partition volume coated in dark ceramic integrating the TV system on one side and the dining table on the other.
A reconfigured new stair links now the upper floor directly with the core of the living, suggesting a double height effect thanks to its harp shaped railing.
