On a green corner in downtown Bologna, a penthouse with attic has been reconfigured with the aim of fully benefitting of the panorama and the luminous orientation. The rationalisation of the entrance and the distribution of the night zone has been centred on a new service volume that, exploiting the double height under the pitched roof, generates an accessory mezzanine. A new light and thin steel stair, filtering the sunlight from the window, brings to the roof terrace.In un angolo verde nel centro di Bologna un piano attico con soffitta è stato riconfigurato con l’obbiettivo di beneficiare appieno del panorama e del luminoso orientamento. La razionalizzazione dell’ingresso e della distribuzione della zona notte è stata incentrata su un nuovo volume attrezzato, che sfruttando la doppia altezza sotto il tetto a falde genera uno spazio soppalcato. Una nuova scala metallica, leggera e sottile allo scopo di far filtrare la luce della finestra, conduce alla terrazza in falda.
